Under this contract, ITL inspects all items listed below and prepare a discrepancy report with repair/replacement pricing for each antenna located at Building 4241/4225 (35 ft tower), Building 4330 (rooftop), and Building 4609/4605 (150 ft tower):
- Inspect all coaxial cables.
- Inspect all grounding points. The report must provide repair and reapplication of antioxidant information if necessary (ANSI/TIA 607-D).
- Inspect RF coaxial surge protection grounding PFAS system.
- Inspect all antenna cabling duct seals.
- Verify brass tags and/or vinyl labels on both ends of all cables.
- Inspect ground bus bar connections. The report must provide repair and reapplication of antioxidant information if necessary.
- Inspect polyphasers for coaxial cables.
- Inspect all coaxial cables to towers/buildings/mounts (T.O. 31-10-14).
- Inspect cable support system to transition cables from towers to building cable port (BICSI OSP Design Reference Manual 6th edition).
- Verify surge arrestors inside facility (NFPA-780, ANSI/TIA-607-D).
