

Since 2010, S&K Global Solutions LLC (SKGS) has provided managed IT support services for the U.S. Navy Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) under a subcontract with Booz Allen Hamilton.
Core services include 24/7 Tier-1 Help Desk support to over 12,800 computer users, managing around 14,000 support tickets each month. In addition to help desk services, SKGS offers desktop support, IT equipment management, and secure disposal of IT assets through DoD-approved systems.
SKGS also plans and executes the implementation of Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government-off-the-Shelf (GOTS) software, ensuring smooth integration with the Navy’s systems. The team also leads Windows migration projects for desktops and tablets, further supporting IT operations across PSNS & IMF, including remote sites and detachments.
This subcontract marks SKGS’s third consecutive award, highlighting their ongoing commitment to high-quality service and Navy operational success.
